About The Position

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for leading and managing the residential, outdoor, and hybrid sales teams across the East Region for Crossville Studios, part of AHF Products. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, improving profitability, and expanding the customer base within both the residential, outdoor and some commercial markets. The RSM will develop and execute sales strategies, monitor team performance, and strengthen customer relationships to ensure consistent growth and market penetration. Product categories include tile, hardwood, and resilient flooring for both interior and exterior applications, requiring the RSM to maintain a deep understanding of product features, market trends, and customer needs across diverse flooring solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 5+ years of sales and management experience; flooring or building products preferred
  • Proven ability to lead and develop successful sales teams
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Must pass a background check, drug screen, and physical
  • Extensive travel throughout the assigned region
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic
  • Must be able to work beyond standard hours when necessary
  • Preferably based in Charlotte, Orlando, Tampa, Miami, Atlanta areas

Responsibilities

  • Meet/exceed regional sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Recruit, train, manage, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Drive new customer acquisition and expand business with existing clients
  • Build strong customer and vendor relationships to support growth
  • Analyze competitors and market trends to develop winning strategies
  • Collaborate on pricing, budgeting, product mix, and forecasting
  • Implement and optimize regional sales processes and performance metrics
  • Represent AHF Products at trade shows and industry events
  • Maintain a strong understanding of product offerings and regional inventory
  • Provide regular feedback on sales performance and market dynamics
