Our team handles a broad range of Florida real estate matters including residential and commercial transactions, title insurance, closings, and escrow work. We prioritize accuracy, efficiency, and a smooth, professional experience for every client and referral partner. About the Role We are seeking a motivated, organized, and detail oriented Residential Real Estate Title Processor to support our growing team. This role works closely with our Closer and Attorney throughout all phases of residential transactions, from contract to closing. The ideal candidate brings real estate and title processing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast paced environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in real estate, business or related field preferred
- 3 years of real estate title experience required
- Strong understanding of real estate transactions, title insurance and closing processes
- Proficiency with title and escrow software; SoftPro experience preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Responsibilities
- Communicate and coordinate with clients, agents, lenders and referral partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources
- Set up new contracts in One Drive, SoftPro and physical files
- Order required documentation and reports, including municipal lien searches, title commitments, HOA estoppels and loan payoffs
- Review all documentation with accuracy and attention to detail to ensure clear title for closing
- Collaborate with team members to support the residential closing department
