About The Position

CIS Group is seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join their team as 1099 Property Insurance Inspectors. This is a flexible, rewarding opportunity for independent contractors, especially those with an LLC, to be their own boss and control their schedule. Since 1996, CIS Group has been a trusted name in the insurance inspection industry, offering a platform for contractors to create and grow their businesses, work flexible hours, and take on a variety of inspections. The role involves traveling to residential homes to complete exterior (and some interior) property inspections, taking photos, collecting property data, and uploading findings using a smartphone or tablet. Inspectors are expected to provide high-quality, professional, accurate, and on-time service with exceptional communication. This position offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing individuals to supplement their current work or embark on a new venture, with the potential to grow income in an economically resilient industry.

Requirements

• 1099 Independent Contractors
• Flexible Hours (work during daylight hours, Monday through Saturday)
• Comfortable Working Outdoors (in various weather conditions)
• Tech-Savvy (a recent smartphone or tablet capable of taking and storing hundreds of photos)
• Computer Access (Wi-Fi-enabled for uploading data)
• Reliable Vehicle & Driver’s License (to travel to residential properties within your area)
• Strong Communication Skills (professional and persistent communicator)
• Microsoft Excel Familiarity (basic computer skills)
