About The Position

As a Residential Program Manager, you will lead, supervise, and inspire a dedicated team in providing high-quality care for individuals with IDD. You’ll oversee daily residential program operations, ensure compliance with Oregon regulations and CAS standards, and promote individual choice, independence, and personal development. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree OR 3 years’ experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Minimum 1 year in a lead or supervisory role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Must pass a national background check
  • Eligible to become a company driver
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs for mobility support

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support staff, fostering a positive, respectful, and professional team environment.
  • Support individuals served with dignity, choice, and respect, promoting independence and social engagement.
  • Implement and oversee Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, coordinate communication with families, staff, and external partners, and participate in program development and quality improvement.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment, following all safety protocols and reporting procedures.
  • Advocate for program goals and implement organizational decisions effectively.
