About The Position

We’re seeking a Residential Program Manager who leads with compassion, communicates with confidence, and ensures high-quality, person-centered care. In this role, you’ll oversee host home placements, family caregivers, and supported apartment services—supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in safe, respectful, and compliant environments. This is a leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment and can balance relationship-building with accountability and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 2 years of experience in human services, case management, or a related field
  • Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively in crisis situations
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to obtain and maintain required certifications (CPR, First Aid, Medication Administration, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee residential services and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations (HCPF, CDPHE, etc.)
  • Supervise, coach, and support residential team members, setting a positive and accountable team culture
  • Serve as a key point of contact for families, providers, case managers, and external partners
  • Conduct unannounced home visits to ensure health, safety, and quality standards are met
  • Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports for audits, court hearings, and reviews
  • Support and retain residential providers through mentorship, training, and ongoing communication
  • Respond to emergencies and provide direct support as needed to ensure continuity of care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support person-centered plans and client outcomes
  • Ensure services are delivered in alignment with individual needs, rights, and safety standards
  • Hire, train, and manage team members within the program
