About The Position

We’re seeking a Residential Program Manager who leads with compassion, communicates with confidence, and ensures high-quality, person-centered care. In this role, you’ll oversee host home placements, family caregivers, and supported apartment services—supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in safe, respectful, and compliant environments. This is a leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment and can balance relationship-building with accountability and compliance. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
At least 2 years of experience in human services, case management, or a related field
Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively in crisis situations
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Willingness to obtain and maintain required certifications (CPR, First Aid, Medication Administration, etc.)

Responsibilities

Oversee residential services and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations (HCPF, CDPHE, etc.)
Oversee daily operations of an 11-bed Assisted Living Facility
Supervise, coach, and support residential team members, setting a positive and accountable team culture
Serve as a key point of contact for families, providers, case managers, and external partners
Conduct unannounced home visits to ensure health, safety, and quality standards are met
Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports for audits, court hearings, and reviews
Support and retain residential providers through mentorship, training, and ongoing communication
Respond to emergencies and provide direct support as needed to ensure continuity of care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support person-centered plans and client outcomes
Ensure services are delivered in alignment with individual needs, rights, and safety standards
Hire, train, and manage team members within the program
