Residential Manager Lead with Purpose! Make a Lasting Impact at Noah Homes where every day is an opportunity to change someone's world. Since 1983, we've created a home and a community for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), empowering them to live with dignity, respect, independence, and joy. We're looking for a Residential Manager who wants more than a job - someone who wants to lead with integrity, inspire a team, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families. This is a role where your work matters, your decisions impact real lives, and your leadership shapes a culture of care, inclusion, and purpose. We especially encourage applicants looking to make a difference in the world of social services to apply - whether your background is in disability support, residential care, senior living.

  • Provide exceptional care to residents and their families, ensuring each individual's physical, emotional, and social needs are not only met but exceeded.
  • Foster a home environment that prioritizes dignity, independence, and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary teams to support each person's overall health and well-being.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) with compassion, integrity, and accountability.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring homes are safe, welcoming, and nurturing.
  • Uphold compliance with all state regulations and oversight agencies, while continuously seeking ways to innovate and improve.
  • Manage budgets and resident finances responsibly, balancing care excellence with stewardship.
  • Passion for serving others, guided by integrity, empathy, and a commitment to excellence.
  • Experience in residential care, social services, or human services (IDD experience strongly preferred).
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop staff.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to immerse yourself in a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Knowledge of state residential care regulations and oversight agency standards, or willingness to learn.
  • ARF or RCFE Administrator certification, or the ability to obtain within 6 months.
  • Valid California driver's license.
  • Make a tangible, lasting impact every day - your work changes lives.
  • Mission-driven environment where care, inclusion, and advocacy are core values.
  • Ongoing professional development and leadership growth opportunities.
  • Collaborative, supportive teams focused on purpose-driven careers in social services.
  • Competitive pay and benefits, but the real reward is knowing your work truly matters.
