We serve individuals in private residences, respite facilities, community work sites, training centers, supervised living arrangements, and our own state-licensed group homes. High Level Description The Residential Program Manager position is responsible for direct oversight of one or more residential group homes providing service to Individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities or on the Autism spectrum. To be successful in this role, the incumbent must be highly organized, have solid technical and software skills, and be adaptable with strong leadership skills. A knowledge of the State of Connecticut Department of Developmental Services’ (DDS) regulations and policies with strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with multiple team members and departments is required.
