Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a residential plumbing service technician
- Proficiency with plumbing repairs and installations
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Possession of all necessary hand tools
- Valid Florida driver’s license with clean driving record
- Must be 21 years or older (for insurance purposes)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair water heaters, fixtures, faucets, drains, and piping
- Read and interpret blueprints and plumbing layouts
- Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction with every service call
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and service vehicle
- Arrive on time, prepared, and professionally presented
- Clean up after jobs — respecting the customer's home is a must
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a high quality of workmanship
