With offices in Orlando, New Port Richey, and Brandon, we are growing rapidly and seeking experienced Residential New Construction Plumbers to join our team. $1,000 Stay-On Bonus Structure $250 after 90 days $250 after 120 days $500 after 180 days We are looking for reliable and skilled plumbers to handle underground work, 1–2 story top-outs, tub sets, and fixture installations with a focus on quality and code compliance. Your responsibilities will include: Installing water supply and DWV (drain-waste-vent) systems to code Reading and interpreting blueprints and job specifications Setting toilets, tubs, shower pans, and fixtures Installing faucets, water heaters, and related plumbing systems Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site Reporting to job sites on time each day Keeping tools, materials, and company vehicle clean and organized Delivering consistent, high-quality work for residential homebuilders

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a residential new construction plumber
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and blueprint reading
• Owns necessary hand tools
• Valid and clean Florida driver’s license
• Must be 21 years or older (for insurance eligibility)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities
