THE BASICS: Role: Full-time Residential Plumber Location: Holtsville, NY Pay: $25-$60 per hour + bonuses Schedule: 7 am-4 pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime opportunities THE VITAL ROLE YOU HAVE: You take charge of residential plumbing service calls by diagnosing issues and completing installs and repairs efficiently. Prioritizing exceptional customer experience, you communicate clearly to build trust and offer a range of solution options. You maximize sales and performance to achieve your earning potential while maintaining clean and safe job sites that reflect the company's quality. Additionally, you participate in teamwork and use the company iPad and dispatch system to ensure smooth operations and foster a positive team culture. OUR IDEAL RESIDENTIAL PLUMBER: Clean driver's license 5+ years of experience as a residential service plumber Although not required, having experience in sales, customer service, drain cleaning, and heating systems is preferred.
