Webfoot is seeking experienced residential painters to join their crew. The company has systems and training in place to ensure high-quality work. They are looking for painters with specific residential painting skills who are proud of their work and can provide an amazing customer experience daily. The leadership team is committed to helping employees achieve their career goals, such as becoming a Crew Leader or Master Painter.

Requirements

• bring at least 1+ years of proven residential painting experience
• meet our minimum age requirement of at least 18 years old
• demonstrate amazing customer service skills
• are excellent communicators in all situations
• are enthusiastic about continuous learning and development in their craft
• desire to be part of a high-performing team
