Your responsibilities will include ensuring the residence is adequately staffed and arranging substitute coverage when necessary. Requirements

excellent verbal and written communication skills

strong organizational abilities
adept problem-solving capabilities
Strong supervisory and leadership skills
ability to prioritize tasks and delegate, when necessary
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite or related software is required
bachelor's degree in human services or a related field with two years of supervisory experience, an associate degree with three years of supervisory experience, or a High School Diploma with five years of human service experience and three years of supervisory experience
valid/clean driver's license is required

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in an ID/DD setting is preferred
