Requirements

Supervisory experience preferred, but not required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Must pass all pre-employment and employment verifications

Responsibilities

Supervise, educate, and develop Shift Leaders and Residential staff
Ensure timely and thorough documentation of care provided within the facility
Provide exceptional customer service, including patient/caregiver education and communication with patient care team
Ensure adequate supplies are available for all facility staff
Maintain a working knowledge of standards and regulations for THHSC, CARF, CRS, and CDC
Other duties as assigned by location
