Requirements

2-3 years experience working in Human Services overseeing a Residential Home.
1+ years of previous management experience.
Valid State driver's license and the use of personal vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage (required).
Flexible work hours required based on program needs.
Satisfactory CORI and DDS fingerprinting.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree preferred (a degree may be waived if experience indicated competence).

Responsibilities

Responsible for managing all aspects of the Residential Program.
Act as a liaison between Residents, Families, Health Care Providers, and Colleagues to ensure excellent quality care.
Hire, supervise, and motivate Colleagues.
Create and manage Colleague schedules.
Monitor medical and clinical needs of Residents.
