The hotel features 248 rooms spread across 12 floors, setting a new standard for luxury accommodations in the DMV area. With the largest luxury meeting space in Northern Virginia, totaling 35,000 sq ft, it includes two ballrooms with 20-foot ceilings and plenty of natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows and a large skylight. The JW Residences occupy the remaining 16 floors. Requirements

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in Engineering at a full-service hotel or residential is required.
• You must be at least 18 years of age and possess a High School Diploma or GED.
• EPA Certified Requirement
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair routine mechanical and electrical malfunctions in systems and equipment.
• Skilled in multiple areas such as HVAC, electrical, carpentry, drywalling, painting, plumbing, roofing, and landscaping.
• Computer Experience: proficient Microsoft Office programs, Outlook, and ability to learn a variety of other software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily engineering operations within the residences, ensuring all systems function efficiently and safely
• Respond to and resolve residential service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Perform routine inspections of guest residences, public areas, and mechanical spaces
• Support and execute preventive maintenance programs for all equipment and building system.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues
