That is who we are and that is who we will continue to be Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Residential Landscape Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients while driving new sales opportunities. This role combines account management, enhancement sales, and closing pre-qualified leads for landscape installation and maintenance services.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in landscape sales, account management, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of residential landscaping practices and Central Texas plant material
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing residential clients
  • Identify and sell landscape enhancement opportunities within current accounts
  • Meet with pre-qualified leads to sell landscape installation and maintenance services
  • Conduct on-site property visits to assess needs and provide solutions
  • Prepare and present proposals in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth project execution
  • Proactively generate new business through referrals and networking
  • Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals
