About The Position

As a Residential Sales Representative at Big Ass Fans (BAF), you will play a fundamental role in achieving our revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable and experienced in making dozens of calls per day while speaking to customers across multiple sales channels. Teamwork is essential for success in this high-volume, fast-paced role. Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in a business-related field is preferred or equivalent experience
  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Track record of high-volume performance and over-achieving quotas
  • Maintain a strong phone presence with a customer-first approach
  • Experience working with a CRM, preferably with Salesforce, ensuring meticulous entry of all customer information and project details
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong phone and video presence
  • Able to prioritize and manage time effectively to handle an average of 30 projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets through both traditional and creative sales strategies.
  • Identify and expand opportunities within existing accounts, with a focus on developing strategic relationships with key accounts.
  • Generate new business by converting inbound leads and executing effective outbound outreach campaigns while achieving a close rate of 80%+
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with trade accounts through proactive engagement, including regular calls and virtual meetings.
  • Assess customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Ensure accuracy in order processing to reduce errors and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver seamless service and support to clients.
