About The Position

We’re hiring a motivated HVAC Service Technician to perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance for residential clients. This role is ideal for technicians who enjoy helping customers while also maximizing their earnings through strong sales performance. Requirements

  • Residential HVAC experience (service, maintenance, or diagnostics)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to identify and recommend solutions that improve comfort and efficiency
  • High school diploma or GED; completion of a relevant HVAC training program or apprenticeship.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician.
  • Valid HVAC technician license and driver’s license.
  • Strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work in various conditions, including confined spaces and at heights; physical stamina and dexterity.
