Requirements

A valid HVAC license is required
Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician with strong technical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities to maintain positive client interactions
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Willingness to work flexible hours, including participation in on-call rotations as needed
Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing at least 50 pounds

Responsibilities

Perform detailed diagnostics and resolve HVAC issues in residential properties throughout the Worcester area .
Repair, maintain, and upgrade HVAC systems in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with customers, offering expert advice and addressing their concerns professionally.
Follow all safety protocols to ensure the well-being of customers and fellow team members.
