About The Position

Tyler Air is seeking an energetic Residential HVAC Service Tech for their Stratford, CT location. The ideal candidate will educate homeowners based on the audit and sell products based on the findings. Up to $10,000 sign on bonus for experienced technicians. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
5+ years of HVAC Experience required
D2-S2 license required
EPA – Universal Certification required
Valid driver’s license / clean driving record

Nice To Haves

OSHA 10-hour Construction Course preferred
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

Services all equipment according to an established service schedule, and company standards and within acceptable time frames as well as troubleshoot and rectify potential problems on location.
Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns.
Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits on a daily basis.
Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image.
Follows all safety procedures, including following all safe driving habits and not utilizing mobile devices in vehicles.
Applies knowledge of products and seeks additional training/education as appropriate.
