About The Position
Andy's Statewide Heating & Air Conditioning, part of ARS, is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician. This full-time, year-round position offers a typical pay of $25-35/hr. plus commission opportunities, with an earning potential of over $130,000 per year based on performance. The role is based in Detroit and surrounding areas. Requirements
- EPA Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Physically able to lift heavy equipment and work in attics and crawlspaces
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years of residential HVAC experience
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform maintenance and emergency HVAC repairs
- Deliver excellent customer service in residential homes
- Work with the support of experienced leadership and ongoing technical training
- Maintain accurate service records and follow safety standards
