Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
• EPA certification (or willing to obtain immediately)
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. on a regular basis
• Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and outdoor environments
• Strong communication skills and customer service-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems and components
• Perform system installations, replacements, and upgrades
• Provide routine maintenance services for heating and cooling systems
• Build accurate, on-the-spot repair estimates for customers
• Educate customers about system maintenance and necessary repairs
• Ensure all work meets local and national HVAC codes
• Work closely with junior technicians to provide guidance and support
• Communicate with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
