Requirements

Actively seeking individuals with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in HVAC services
EPA Certificate
Valid Driver’s License and acceptable DMV report
Ability to pass a background and pre-employment drug screen
Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
Must be able to lift or carry heavy objects of up to 50 pounds
The physical ability to bend, squat, kneel, grasp, manipulate hand and power tools

Nice To Haves

Former Geothermal maintenance troubleshooting is a plus
Formal vocational training is a plus
Former NATE training a plus

Responsibilities

Understand the sequence of operation for heating equipment and refrigeration cycle.
Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs various makes and models of HVAC equipment.
Repairs and maintains thermostats, air filters, blower fans, belts, and bearings.
Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs various makes and models of HVAC equipment air conditioning maintenance and furnace troubleshooting.
Maintenance and furnace/boiler troubleshooting.
Communicate well with all customers and provide recommendations.
Attend training seminars for Carrier products and other brands of equipment.
Maintain personal tools according to company guidelines.
Have a commitment to high-level customer service while prioritizing safety.
Perform daily work duties associated with the trade with little to no supervision in the field.
