Requirements

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems (heating, cooling, and ventilation)
• Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about issues, solutions, and recommendations

• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
