About The Position

Responsible for talent placement of assigned residential HVAC trade positions for our home services team. Must be able to work in a fast paced, high energy environment while managing multiple competing priorities. Partners with hiring managers to collect and review hiring needs. Reviews applications and determines correct business unit placement and skill level for placement. Performs searches for trade talent through candidate databases when needed. Executes on targeted talent placement strategies in alignment with Lee Company’s vision, mission, and values. Remote work is contingent on acceptable performance of effectively filling positions in less than 30 days and consistently following all core recruiting requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years technician/mechanic experience in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical trades, required
  • Ability and willingness to be on the phone, performing job requisition intake inquiries and screening candidates for long periods of the day
  • Ability to create strong collaborative working relationships in a team environment
  • Ability to set priorities and meet multiple internal customer’s needs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on working effectively with all levels of management

  • Experience in high-volume labor sourcing a plus
