About The Position

Join the Heritage Home Service team as a Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician at our North Hampton, NH location At Heritage Home Service, we believe in doing things right, treating people well, and always pursuing better. What You’ll Do: Perform scheduled maintenance on residential HVAC systems Conduct system tune-ups, safety checks, and performance tests Identify potential issues and recommend preventive solutions Maintain accurate service records using digital tools Communicate findings and recommendations with customers in a professional manner Uphold all safety standards and company procedures What We’re Looking For: Prior independent HVAC maintenance experience NH Gas Fitter License, or Gas Trainee Card preferred Strong understanding, or willingness to learn HVAC systems and maintenance best practices Prior job consistency Must be age 21, or older Excellent customer communication and time management skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Why Work at Heritage Home Service? Requirements

  • Prior independent HVAC maintenance experience
  • Prior job consistency
  • Must be age 21, or older
  • Excellent customer communication and time management skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

  • NH Gas Fitter License, or Gas Trainee Card preferred
  • Strong understanding, or willingness to learn HVAC systems and maintenance best practices
