Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of Residential HVAC installation experience
- Comfortable leading install crews with assigned helper
- EPA certification required
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and access crawl spaces and attics
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screen
Responsibilities
- Disassemble and remove outdated HVAC systems.
- Install, Start up and test HVAC systems to verify proper function, pressures, and air flow
- Train and support assigned apprentices on the job
- Ensure all installations meet safety codes, local regulations, and company quality standards
