Residential HVAC Installer
About The Position
Lifeline Plumbing Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer in East Dundee, IL. In this role, you will install equipment according to an established service schedule for all our loyal clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of heating and cooling systems, along with experience installing and troubleshooting Residential HVAC equipment. Summary: Founded in 2010 in Elgin, Illinois, Lifeline Plumbing, Heating and Cooling was started as a husband-and-wife team. Gradually, over time, our team started to take on new members, adding only the most skilled and knowledgeable individuals in the plumbing, heating, and cooling industries. Today, our company has over 20 service trucks, all of which are equipped to handle a variety of plumbing, heating, and cooling tasks. Lifeline partners with leading HVAC and plumbing companies throughout the United States, providing the support and resources of a large national company.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with residential HVAC systems
- EPA – Universal Certification
- Valid driver’s license / Clean driving record
- Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Technical knowledge
- Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities
- Perform installation of Furnaces, Air Conditioning Units, Ductless Heat Pumps, Boiler, hydronic HVAC, Indoor Air Quality accessories, and any other Heating, Cooling, and Indoor comfort products.
- Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address HVAC concerns.
- Ensure the HVAC equipment that was installed is clean and safe upon departure.
- Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the job.
- Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits on a daily basis.
