Residential Garbage Truck Driver – Automated Side Load Location: Pasco West Hauling – New Port Richey, FL 💰 Pay: $25/hr + Overtime Opportunities Waste Connections is looking for safety-focused CDL Drivers who have a passion for driving, career growth, and share our #1 Value: Safety! We are hiring Residential Garbage Truck Drivers to join our team in New Port Richey, FL. Schedule Monday–Friday | Day shift starts at 5:00 AM Typical workday: 10–11 hours Every 3rd Saturday for extra overtime Full-time, year-round position (50–55 hours/week) Position Summary Operate an Automated Side Load Garbage Truck on assigned residential routes Safely and efficiently collect waste using automated lifting equipment Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections (fluids, tires, safety equipment) Provide courteous and professional service to customers Regular heavy lifting and climbing in/out of the truck required Work outdoors in all weather conditions Waste Connections is an integrated solid waste services company that provides solid waste collection, transfer, disposal and recycling services in mostly exclusive and secondary markets.
