We are currently seeking a Residential Electrician Helper SF in Nashville, TN for immediate hire. If you’re motivated, safety-driven, and eager to grow in the electrical trade, we want to hear from you today!

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, and work in tight spaces for extended periods
• Comfortable working at heights (ladders, scaffolding) and in outdoor weather conditions

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC) is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Pulling wire through conduit and making connections to electrical panels, junction boxes, and other electrical components
• Performing hot check troubleshooting
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and building codes to determine electrical layouts and wiring requirements
• Adhering to safety protocols and regulations to prevent workplace accidents and injuries
• Carrying, holding, and organizing materials required to complete projects
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Communicating effectively with team members and taking direction from supervisors and licensed electricians
• Promptly reporting unsafe working conditions or incidents to the appropriate person
