About The Position

UCP Heartland is seeking compassionate and committed Residential DSP's (Direct Care Professional) for a full-time, set schedule of Thursday-Saturday, 11PM-9AM, totaling 30 hours weekly. The organization offers a positive, team-driven work environment at $20.00/Hour. This position requires female applicants only due to client needs and involves mandatory training at the corporate office.

Requirements

High School diploma or its equivalent (GED).
Valid Drivers’ license.
Clean Driving Record and successfully completes and maintains assigned drivers training.
A MINIMUM OF ONE WEEKEND SHIFT PER WEEKEND.
Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or in a customer service field.
Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
Ability to consistently work in a professional, cooperative manner with all Agency clients and personnel.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Computer Proficiency.
Reliable transportation.
5-7 days of mandatory training at our Corporate Office Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 4:30PM.

Responsibilities

Provide physical assistance with daily tasks, assist with personal hygiene and facilitate fun activities.
Follow medical orders and administer medications.
Provide choices to the clients for their daily activities to provide entertainment and community outings.
