About The Position

Are you the Residential Director we have been looking for? In this position, you
will be able to convey your passion for helping others by leading a dynamic team
and bringing an energetic and positive approach while working with our youth!
Centerpoint is an Intensive Residential Treatment Program setting for
adolescents that specializes in trauma informed care. Centerpoint provides
24-hour comprehensive care including a school on site, a full clinical staff,
nursing staff, and direct care staff.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years in a Supervisor/Management role in a residential or mental health program required.
• On call responsibilities, at times you will be required to work overtime.
• Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting clients is required.
• At JRI, you will learn to provide physical interventions and verbal de-escalations to provide the safest therapeutic atmosphere for our clients!
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of the Residential Department with the Senior Residential Department members and provide care and treatment of our youth.
• Ensure all Residential systems are being followed and completed on a daily basis and provide on call coverage.
• Provide constant oversight of scheduling procedures; staffing ratios are being met at all times and provide accountability and disciplinary action decisions as needed for all Residential Staff.
• Lead residential meetings and trainings, and run residential shifts when needed.
