About The Position

Bay-CSS is hiring a Part-Time Residential Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Leonardtown, MD, offering a competitive pay rate of $21 per hour for Monday to Friday shifts, with an additional $2 shift differential on Saturday and Sunday. The DSP will be responsible for providing compassionate care to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting during the hours of Monday to Thursday, from 3 pm to 10 pm. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance
• Ability to lift at least 50lbs
• Ability to pass a background check
• Completion of all required trainings within the specified time frame
• The position requires working Monday to Thursday from 3 pm to 10 pm, with flexibility for additional shifts on weekends.
• The schedule must be followed as presented to ensure continuity of care for the residents.

Responsibilities
