At Hillcrest House, a program of Sanctuary House, we are dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for adults living with serious mental illness. We are currently looking for compassionate, dependable individuals to join our residential team in making a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents. Since 2002, Sanctuary House has been a beacon of hope and empowerment for adults living with mental illness. Our mission is to support recovery and rehabilitation by helping individuals gain the tools, confidence, and community connections needed to live meaningful, independent lives. We believe everyone deserves the chance to thrive, and we work every day to make that possible. Sanctuary House is a nonprofit community hub dedicated to promoting mental health recovery through connection, growth, and purpose. Unlike a residential facility, Sanctuary House operates as a dynamic day program where adults with mental health challenges come to build skills, find support, and work toward personal goals. Here, members and staff collaborate as equals, learning together, building confidence, and creating pathways to employment, education, and independent living. Our team fosters a culture of respect, dignity, and inclusion, where every individual’s strengths are recognized and celebrated. Join us in making a difference, one person, one day, one goal at a time.
