About The Position
At Hillcrest House, a program of Sanctuary House, we are dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for adults living with serious mental illness. We are currently looking for compassionate, dependable individuals to join our residential team in making a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents. Open Positions: Direct Care Residential Staff - 2nd Shift Weekdays/All Shifts Weekends Weekday Hours: 3:00PM - 10:00PM Weekend Hours: Potential for all shifts (1st, 2nd or 3rd) Full-Time & Part-Time Availability At Hillcrest House, we pride ourselves on fostering a close-knit, family-like team. Requirements
- Must be available to work between the hours indicated above.
- A valid NC driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- 1 year of experience supporting adults with serious mental illness (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depression, schizoaffective disorder).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A caring and compassionate nature.
- Dependability and punctuality.
- A strong ability to work independently while being a supportive team member.
- An energetic and positive attitude.
- A passion for making a difference in the lives of others.
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of experience working in a group home setting.
