About The Position

As a Direct Care Staff member, you will have the opportunity to be a superhero in someone's life! Your mission will be to provide exceptional care and support to individuals with diverse needs, all while infusing fun and excitement into their daily routines. From assisting with personal care to planning engaging activities, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a direct care role is a plus, but if you have a big heart and a fun-loving spirit, we want to hear from you!
  • A knack for bringing excitement and a dynamic energy to any situation.
  • Excellent communication skills with a touch of humor and wit.
  • A genuine passion for helping others and making a positive impact.
  • Ability to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules.
  • A valid driver's license (because we're always on the go!) and the ability to transport individuals (if required for the position).
