About The Position

Pauline and Thomas Healthcare, Inc. is a non-profit organization serving individuals with intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities. We are seeking a Residential Coordinator (RC) to support and serve our individuals in leading them to be independent and have an amazing quality of life. Residential Coordinator (RC) Compensation and Benefits: Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 hourly DOE Full Time Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance and other Employee Incentives. Residential Coordinator (RC) Job Responsibilities The RC is responsible for the supervision, oversight and delivery of services for the residential program to include the supervision of direct care staff. The Tennessee Department of Disability and Aging (DDA) experience is highly recommended but not required. Responsible for overall administration of programs, supports and services per the Person Centered Support Plan ( PCSP) . Coordinate, support and assist with all aspects of the supported living homes for the person served and direct support staff members to include but not limited to planning all community participation activities. Perform all unannounced supervisory visits, fire drills, and weekly MAR reviews. Ensure direct care staff adequately document the delivery of services (daily, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly) according to the Person-Centered Support Plan ( PCSP) . Assist with managing staff scheduling including callouts and shift changes. Monitor the healthcare needs of the person supported, assist with coordinating medical appointments with the agency's nurse. Monitor and assist with meal preparation by ensuring that meals are properly prepared in accordance with the Person-Centered Support Plan ( PCSP) . Cooperate with investigations, audits, and inspections. Submitting orders for supplies as needed. Assist with selecting and hiring new employees as well as employee evaluations per policies and procedures. May be required to assist with scheduling and filling shifts. Work will take place in the community and in the homes. Program Manager Skills: Must maintain a flexible work schedule, work well under pressure, and have the ability to readily adapt to change. Proficient use of a computer Proficient in Microsoft Office Prior knowledge of HR concepts and terminology is preferred but not required. Program Manager Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older Must hold a Valid Driver's License Valid Car Insurance I-9 Identification (Social Security Card, Passport, etc.) Ability to lift at least 50 pounds Education: Required: Associate' degree or higher Experience: 1 year of Staffing Experience, preferred but not required 1 years of DDA management experience, preferred but not required 1 year of Customer Service Experience, preferred but not required Pauline and Thomas Healthcare (PTHC) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
