About The Position

are seeking a Full Time Residential Cook to join our team in Beaver Falls, PA.

Our Residential Cook will prepare all meals in accordance with the LTSR Resident
Daily Schedule, prepare grocery shopping lists through routine inventory, and
will utilize
community and LTSR provided venders to purchase food items in a
cost effective and efficient manner. The Cook will conduct food preparation for
unscheduled workdays, pack, dispose of, and store food properly according to
policy and regulatory guidelines. They will demonstrate knowledge and
experience in quantity food production and preparation. Our Cook will engage in
proper cleaning and sanitation of work area and safe food handling techniques,
and demonstrate an ability to interact with residents who have mental illness.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified food handler through the Department of Health - ServSafe Certification (or currently in the process of being certified/eligible to be certified) required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• All Clearances required by OMHSAS.

Nice To Haves

• One year of cooking experience is preferred.
• Cooking in a residential facility is preferred.
