In this role, you aren't just managing subcontractors—you are the guardian of quality, safety, and the customer experience. If you take pride in seeing a set of blueprints become a high-quality home on schedule, we want to talk to you. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of each home: Phase 1: Pre-Construction & Foundation – Setting the stage for a solid build. Phase 2: Mechanical & Framing – Managing the complex "rough-in" phase. Phase 3: Interior & Exterior Finishes – Ensuring the high-touch details are perfect. Phase 4: Final Delivery – Leading the homeowner through their new home and handing over the keys. We're changing the lives of our customers and employees one experience at a time.
