Our program is growing, and we’re looking to hire additional team members! The purpose of the Residential Coach position is to provide direct care supervision/welfare of clients while ensuring safety and protection of their human rights in accordance with agency policies and procedures. This involves building therapeutic relationships with the residents and being involved in their programming and treatment goals. We also offer a career ladder for this position, therefore you have the opportunity to grow as a leader within this industry! We have remarkable outcomes with our residents and operate with a 4:1 staff to resident ratio. We offer extensive programming including life-skills, soft skills, recreational therapy, group therapy and fun outings too! We offer CPR and First Aide training and have a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees. Residents also emphasized the importance of staff who remain level-headed and calm under pressure, as this helps them feel safe. The third quality they identified was professionalism and trustworthiness, which builds a strong foundation of respect and reliability. Finally, residents shared that having staff who are consistent and dedicated to supporting them makes a meaningful difference in their experience.
