About The Position

KidsPeace is hiring Residential Childcare Specialists (Full-Time and Part-Time) for our Graham Lake Residential Program, supporting emotionally and behaviorally challenged children and teens in a structured, compassionate setting. What You'll Do: Supervise and support youth in a safe, therapeutic environment Build trusting relationships and help implement treatment plans Maintain structure and consistency Complete required documentation

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Must be available for one of the listed shifts
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to youth development
• Must pass background checks and provide professional references

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support youth in a safe, therapeutic environment
• Build trusting relationships and help implement treatment plans

• Complete required documentation
