Residential Caregiver

We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and CLS Instructors/ Caregivers to provide 1:1 support to individuals in their homes. In this role, you will help individuals build daily living skills, participate in household tasks, and engage in their communities—supporting personal growth, independence, and overall well-being. This is a rewarding opportunity for those interested in healthcare, education, or social services. Who We Serve We support individuals with mental health and developmental disabilities throughout Southeast Michigan. Position Details Location: Westland Schedule: Afternoon and Weekends 4pm-12am Pay: $15.40 per hour Work Setting: In-person Looking for extra hours or a caregiver role in another city? Requirements
- Experience in caregiving preferred but not required
- Must be dependable, patient, and respectful
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must pass background check
