About The Position

We are seeking a CNA/Residential Assistant to engage with older adults through activities, daily living skills, and approved behavioral strategies, with the goal of providing the best possible environment for the resident. Current openings: Full-time-Mon-Fri 7am-3pm PRN-to work as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must pass background checks and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Providing a warm, home-like environment for residents.
• Engaging with residents through hands-on activities and modeling with cognitively appropriate expectations.
• Assisting residents with daily living activities.
• Ensuring that goals and behavior plans are being followed and documented according to prescribed guidelines.
