You will also work in the surrounding Charlotte area. In this full-time, night-shift caregiving position, you'll make a meaningful impact on the lives of adults with brain injuries while working in a supportive, nonprofit environment. RESIDENTIAL CAREGIVER BASICS: Not only will you earn $15 – $18 per hour, but you'll also receive excellent benefits, including: Health, dental, life, and vision insurance Short‑ and long‑term disability Paid Time Off 401(k) Employee assistance program You will work full-time, night shifts, typically 12 hours from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am, with some weekends required. You'll enjoy a quiet, caring, and home-like environment with supportive access to management while you help our residents thrive. YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER As a night-shift Residential Caregiver, you will approach your work with empathy and a commitment to supporting residents who require moderate to maximum assistance with home- and community-based activities. You will assist with daily living tasks, transport residents to activities, administer medications, and document care logs and medication records. You will be guided by personal plans developed with the nonprofit director and residential coordinator, measure resident progress, and respectfully address behaviors. By collaborating with the housekeeping and caregiving teams, you will uphold high standards, maintain a safe environment, and make an incredible impact on each resident's well-being.
