Maintenance Technician – Franklin & Stoneboro, PA

$25+ per hour (Based on Experience)
Full-Time | Steady Local Work

Arbors Management is hiring a hands-on Maintenance Technician to service two small, well-kept apartment communities in Franklin and Stoneboro, PA.

If you’re looking for steady work, fair pay, and a manageable workload — this is it. No large portfolio. No constant travel. Just two properties that are already in good shape.

What You’ll Do
Handle day-to-day maintenance and repairs
Complete work orders on time
Fix plumbing, electrical, drywall, doors, fixtures, and general repairs
Turn over apartments between residents
Maintain common areas and building exterior
Help with preventative maintenance and inspections
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergencies

Requirements

• Apartment or building maintenance experience
• Solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Able to work independently without constant supervision
• Takes pride in quality work
• Professional and respectful with residents
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• No formal certifications required
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
