Maintenance Technician – Franklin & Stoneboro, PA Arbors Management is hiring a Maintenance Technician to care for two smaller, well-maintained apartment buildings located in Franklin and Stoneboro, PA. These are stable properties with organized management, reasonable workloads, and residents who take pride in where they live. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants steady, local work without being spread across a large portfolio. Requirements
- Prior apartment or building maintenance experience preferred
- General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Professional and respectful when interacting with residents
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
