Requirements
- Previous experience in project management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform tasks on construction sites.
- Motivated, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to changing priorities.

- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee project activities from start to finish.
- Manage material logistics, including returning materials to distribution centers and monitoring material consumption by subcontractors.
- Upload invoices, photograph job progress, and manage receipts and payments in AccuLynx.
- Visit multiple job sites daily to ensure smooth operations and customer/subcontractor needs are met.
- Assist with installations, cleanup, and ensuring quality standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with office staff and field teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Carry out physical tasks such as lifting up to 100 lbs, carrying ladders, and understanding the installation process.
