About The Position

The Developmental Services Residential Programming at Northwestern Counseling & Support Services is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to provide support to people with emotional and behavioral challenges in both community and residential settings. Requirements

Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
High School Diploma

Nice To Haves

Prior experience with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities, or mental health conditions is ideal
Experience in behavioral or therapeutic residential settings is preferred
