This rewarding opportunity allows you to support individuals diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities or autism as they achieve their goals in a supportive and inclusive environment. The ideal candidate is flexible and adaptable to changing needs, solution-oriented, with a proactive approach to challenges, a strong team player, ready to collaborate and contribute, and committed to promoting dignity, respect, and independence for individuals. Shifts will include one weekend day and overnight availability is a must.
